Whom to Contact
The Harvard Disability Coordinators work with Harvard resources to evaluate and address health related concerns. A variety of factors are taken into consideration when evaluation accommodation for faculty, staff, and students.
Before any accommodation can be granted, those requested accommodation must submit documentation and meet with their Coordinator.
- Harvard faculty members
requesting accommodation should contact the University
Disability Coordinator with their initial inquiry.
- Harvard students requesting accommodation should consult with the
School Disability Coordinator.
- Harvard students, faculty, staff and guests who are deaf or hard of hearing should request
accommodations through the Coordinator of Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Individuals.
- Harvard staff members requesting accommodation should contact the University Disability Case Manager.
Harvard University will not release any information regarding an individual’s diagnosis or documentation without his or her informed written consent or under compulsion of legal process. Any information released will be on a need to know basis, except where otherwise required by law.
